Ashton Kutcher's new girlfriend

Ashton Kutcher's new girlfriend
Ashton Kutcher's new girlfriend, Meet Ashton Kutcher’s New Girlfriend, Lorene Scafaria, Don't look now, Demi Moore. Ashton Kutcher seems to have turned his rebound romance with Lorene Scafaria into a full-fledged relationship. The pair was first linked back in December, just weeks after the Hollywood couple split, when Kutcher tweeted a photo of him and Scafaria vacationing together in Italy for the holidays.
Although he insisted they were "just friends" at the time, it seems to have blossomed into much more — if they were even platonic to begin with. Last weekend, the two were photographed wearing face paint and laughing as they made their way to a party bus headed to Ultrazone in L.A. to play laser tag. And on February 25, Kutcher and Scafaria packed on the PDA at a charity event. So who is the woman who has apparently stolen Kutcher's heart?

The 34-year-old is no stranger to Hollywood. After writing and appearing in a handful of plays in New York City, she moved west at the request of her manager and became roommates with another screenwriter, with whom she wrote a children's adventure movie, "Legend Has It," which was later shelved. Soon after, in 2005, the New Jersey native — who also has a band called The Shortcoats — adapted the screenplay for the Michael Cera-Kat Dennings rom-com, "Nick and Nora's Infinite Playlist" — and that's when her career really took off. Scafaria went on to pen the Iraqi war docudrama "Sweet Relief" for Paramount and "The Mighty Flynn" for Warner Brothers.

But her biggest break is her directorial debut with the comedy "Seeking a Friend for the End of the World," which she also wrote, starring Steve Carell and Keira Knightley. The film, about a man who sets out to find his childhood sweetheart as the end of the world draws near, hits theaters June 22 and also features Adam Brody — who she dated from fall 2009 until last year. And they are still on good terms, it seems. Not only is Scafaria's Twitter default image of her and the "The O.C." actor, but she also re-tweeted a Variety report about him getting cast in a new movie this past January.

When it comes to her love life, Scafaria has her friends to thank. She met Brody after he starred in her pal Diablo Cody's film "Jennifer's Body." As for Kutcher, it's unclear how they first got together, but coincidentally (or not), he starred in the 2008 comedy "What Happens in Vegas," which was written by her other good friend Dana Fox. In Hollywood, even when it comes to romance, it's all about who you know!
